In a contract role with PWC, served as director on a full-scale treasury and finance transformation project for one of the top 5 tech companies in the world by revenue. Project involved implementation of FIS Quantum, as well as full data migration from legacy systems. I played a dual role of advisor to the treasury team, as well as director/product owner to technical team.Engagement activities included defining business requirements/user stories, project management plan organization, static data identification and streamlining, leadership and product ownership for engineering team. Presented and defined meaningful treasury metrics to client. Worked with banks for SWIFT connectivity, test script writing, solutioning for data integration. Served as liaison between Treasury teams and engineering to ensure that business needs are understood, prioritized, solutioned and delivered.
