Tune low C/I channel to reduce co-channel interference. • Optimize 3G cluster after swap. Reduce pilot pollution by changing tilting.• Ensure continuous coverage by checking cell’s neighbors and optimize handover threshold.2011-2012Umobile Huawei SSV Project• Perform drive test for U Mobile 42M DC-HSDPA new sites. Monitoring CQI, spreading factor and missing neighbours during drive test.• DC-SC and SC-DC sites handover and IRAT handover functionality test. Check handover threshold from signalling.• Managing DT teams and liaises with vendor.• SSV report preparation, provide justification for low throughput and poor coverage area.Digi Huawei OSS Engineer• Collect statistics, check alarm, tilting and cells configuration using Huawei OSS system M2000.• Perform UE tracing, preparing scripts for frequency changing, RNC re-homing, neighbours adding/removing and activate cells when ready using Huawei LMT system.• Collect dump from Huawei server. Had written a tool using Microsoft Access VBA to combine dump and engineering parameters for easier cell checking and neighbours checking.
