*Execute the reliability environmental tests in reliability lab (High Temperature Operating Life, Temperature Cycle Test, Pressure Cooker Test, Mean Time To Failure, etc)*Analyze and evaluate reliability data for qualification and failure analysis. Compile the accurate report for customers and other departments.*Responsible for the life cycle of both new and current products to avoid high-risk failure.*Communicate effectively with customers (Boeing, Qualcomm, etc) in weekly conference-call meeting. Develop reliability test plans, new reliability lab and present the test reports for customers. *Work with vendors to maintain and develop new test equipment for customer products requirement.
