• SUUS is a financial services startup providing the most relevant and meaningful consumer profiles to banks and lending organizations for prequalified product offerings• The SUUS intelligence platform combines credit bureau, public records and valuations data to create customized consumer profiles• SUUS’ data infrastructure has been developed in AWS and Snowflake and models are built in SQL and Python• As Head of Operations, I manage ongoing projects with vendors to build and maintain the intelligence platform, own standing up the organization to support operations, lead the development of compliance and info security policies and procedures, and build production ready data processes for refreshing analytical models

• Created new team and processes to support master data operations – This is net new work created through a segment-wide SAP implementation project. The team was scoped to be 50+ roles and ultimately became 27 FTEs due to automation we built in the phase 1 rollout. Roles are split between US and Bangalore• Contributed to strategic initiatives intended to progress a data-based decision-making culture. My passion is for simplified data accessibility and a business centric analytics strategy compared to the more traditional IT focused strategy• Personally developed Alteryx Apps that automate 90% of product eligibility onboarding and 340B maintenance activities – this is what reduced a large portion of the headcount required• Implemented RPA BOT that automates 95% of LEI customer onboarding activities• Led the creation of a digital infrastructure using Big Query, Alteryx, Tableau and Looker Studio which is powering process automation and data accessibility for our key stakeholders• Team culture is extremely important – I lead by creating an environment where people feel safe to take risks, try new ways, and highlight failure points

• An individual contributor role responsible for building the analytics infrastructure to support our Medical Segment eCommerce site – https://market.cardinalhealth.com• Responsibilities include building tagging in Adobe Analytics to enable personalization of search results and in key product promotion spots, creating an attribution model to understand value generation, leakage model, and A/B testing• Became the product owner for the integration of a product research tool (Xplore was managed by IBM and retired to bring in-house). Project ran 18 months and had a $1.5M budget. I worked closely with users of the original solution to develop the new design, the engineering team both in creating the stories in Jira, and for prioritizing, testing and designing the roll out plan

• Managed an on-prem server containing views used to create analytics solutions in support of Commercial Operations. The value in this data was how we combined order transactions with custom department segmentations, creating views of the revenue tailored specifically to the business teams• Created automated data refresh, auditing and anomaly detection • Consult with teams outside of Commercial Ops to improve data and analysis processes – e.g., o Built a data model for an FP&A month-end driver’s analysis which reduced the time it took to complete the analysis from 40 hours to 5 minutes. We replaced excel reports and manual data pulls with automated data processes built on our servero Developed a supply planning dashboard for Global Supply Planning which gave them visibility to supply chain disruptions and back orders

• Created operational dashboards in Tableau used by pharmacists to improve wasted radiopharmaceutical doses. • Built basic sales forecasting models into a Tableau dashboard used by sales leadership• Developed the views of data in a Teradata research space that became the foundation for nuclear analytics projects

• Built a net new team to manage customer master data, created as work shifted from our closing Albuquerque branch• Second core function of the team is to map internal customer data to 3rd party IQVIA data (Verispan at the time). I developed the core vision around how customer hierarchies are built and defined which is still in use as of 2023• The transition of customer onboarding from Albuquerque also happened during an SAP implementation project where the entire medical segment changed the SAP instance they are running on. This required significant time investment from our master data team to handle extra data cleansing and post deployment hyper care• Onboarded and trained a bubble staff of 20 contractors to handle the extra volume of activities during the SAP implementation• Product owner for an application that was built by an in-house team to replace one we had been paying a 3rd party vendor for. The application is what the team uses to research and build customer hierarchies
