Achieved many completions of Fit-Out works liaised with Pure Projects (Fit-Out Consultants) during pre-opening of the mall. Occupancy Load achieved was at 73% before the grand opening. 3. Achieved many completions of Fit-Out works after post-opening to ensure tenants open on schedule. By end of July 2018, Occupancy Load achieved was 85% since the grand opening.4. Achieved many completions of major change requests by tenants without effecting complication towards the main building structures. 5. Exposure and enhanced skills toward on facility management and operations site.My scope of work varies from: 1. To ensure all ID & M&E works for tenants complies with the complex rules and regulation as per S.O.P2. To monitor closely and ensure that all services contracted work are being carried out as stipulated in service contract 3. To arrange and ensure periodic building maintenance work being carried out as per schedule. 4. Manage budget recommended for future building upgrades such as architecture, structure & M.E.P based on change request by tenants. 5. Manage and supervise any building upgrades such as change request by appointed panel contractors. 6. Enhance Standard Operation Procedure modification to suit mall’s operations7. I was assigned to handle & manage a construction commercial building, MYTOWN Shopping Mall - Cochrane IKANO with small teams of consultants along with a Project team which was based on site. Mainly focusing on back & front of house which require coordination related to technical construction issues and submission. My role encompasses design solution, handling drawings, MEP & Structural Coordination, including meetings which cover up the project. Other than that, I was involved in handling Authority submission for approval, details drawings for construction purposes, fire engineering and leasing matters. Achievements:1. Accomplished full work scope completion of MyTOWN Shopping Mall construction works in Q4, 2016 on time. 2. Accomplished approval for Passive & Active Bomba 3. Accomplished completion of B.O.H & F.O.H construction works in accordance to time-frame. My scope of work based on site:1. Compromising reviewing design, structural & mechanical drawings and detailing which requires coordination with consultants and clients.2. Coordination with leasing team regarding on design problems and solution. 3. Coordination with ARUP FIRE for any fire engineering solution. 4. Reviewing tenants drawing submission and retail provision.5. Foresee & resolve any ad hoc site problem matters 6. Managing ID works for Back of House (B.O.H) & Front of House (F.O.H)7. Managing and conducting inspections with Bomba & Authority in getting building approval

My role encompasses designing, handling drawings and managing meetings which covers up varieties building projects based in UiTM, Shah Alam, Puncak Alam, University of Nottingham and UTM (Bio-Sains). My scope of work:1. Compromising conceptual in the earlier stage of the design, reviewing structural drawings and detailing2. Reviewing structural drawings from structural engineers and compromising their drawings into the building design.3. Reviewing electrical and mechanical design from M&E fulfilling every possible need of facilities in building designs. 4. Expenditure knowledge of cost efficiency into building design advice by the quantity surveyor. 5. Managing ID drawings.6. Managing CCM, Site meeting and Drawing Coordination meeting requested by director who is unable to attend and reviewing updated reports regarding on progression of works in site. I have also in cooperated with engineers and other consultant regarding on problem solving and making changes in drawing for updates. 7. Managing and conducted inspection with Bomba and authority regarding on approval of letter on several completion of buildings.
