As a tutor at Open Wisdom Education, I specialise in EALD, Standard, Advanced and Extension English, assisting students in successfully completing their HSC. I utilise a tailored approached, meeting the student's needs to build trust and connections that allow us to work together in achieving their personal and academic goals.

As a team leader at Open Wisdom Education, I work with a group of tutors to help assist with their own personal development and aid them with any needs or inquiries they may have. Our team also works towards generating academic initiatives to strengthen results and build a strong, inclusive culture for our students. I also assist with business administration and strategy, helping develop business plans that drove enrolment up by 40% between 2021 and 2022 whilst strengthening workplace culture and creating an inclusive space for all.

As a Human Resource Intern at CBA, I assisted the Organisational Development Enablement team in their work whilst also growing my own understanding of skill articulation, processes and change management at Commbank as well as understanding the multiple functions within HR and CBA itself.
