Leading a 90-person organization with software engineering, program management and quality functions responsible for improving the builder experience for Amazon Search. We support over 250 teams throughout Amazon in building world-class search experiences and are responsible for facilitating experimentation that generates over $2B in incremental profit. My teams are based in Seattle, Palo Alto, Boston, Beijing, Tokyo, and Berlin.

Led 60-person organization responsible for a multi-year tier-1 system re-architecture that replaced a legacy search front-end platform with a micro-service-based architecture that powers the Amazon Search experience. The scope of this initiative spanned coordination of over 50 partner teams spanning 26 VPs and 3 SVPs.

Led 30-person organization responsible for delivering a multi-year initiative to unify the various mobile experiences (Android, iOS, Kindle, mobile web) into a single technology stack. In addition to the organizational and operational efficiency gained, the unifying the customer feature set resulted in largest historic revenue win in Search CX at the time.

Led program to merge merchandizing and search content into a single experience for all categories across all marketplaces.

Led various initiatives in the surface transportation organization. The largest being the migration of a C++ monolith to a more modular architecture.
