As Director of Operations, my responsibilities include running day to day operations, managing all salespeople and office staff, estimating leads for salespeople, final quote approval, managing project coordination, overseeing customer service, hiring approval, managing relations with suppliers, coordinating deliveries, and manage invoice submittals. In addition to this I oversee the long-term planning for the company.

General Steel is the number one provider of Pre-Engineered Steel Structures in the US. As a Sales Specialist, I oversee the full sales cycle from qualifying to closing. The client base is everyone from a small town Missouri farmer to Fortune 500 companies. My role is to identify the customer, develop rapport, overcome objections and find a way to close the sale. Managing anywhere from 75-150 first time clients, I am also responsible for maintaining relationships with larger accounts and repeat customers.

Being a Student Brand Manager means be a part of a 300+ national student network empowered with the tools to build a global brand on the college campus. The goal of an SBM is to bring the Red Bull brand to life in the world of all things college. Responsibilities include providing Red Bull for key parties on campus, building excitement and getting people involved in Flugtag, spreading the word about a program like Red Bull First Person, or coordinating our Wiiings Team (the little car with the can on its back) to provide Red Bull to students when they need it most.
