•Manage Operations for for CEVA Logistics Milwaukee, WI station, including all warehouse/inbound/outbound & delivery standard operating procedures.•Oversee staff of 6, as well as 12 to 14 delivery trucks/vans operated by contract drivers.•Ensure delivery trucks & drivers are DOT compliant at all times.•Ensure all customer-specific procedures, for both warehousing & delivery teams, are being followed. •Visit customer/shipper locations to receive feedback & resolve any issues that may arise.•Review weekly & monthly P&L statements to ensure financial growth.•Review daily delivery & warehouse metrics (i.e. Survey Scores, Inbound/Outbound Volume) to ensure productivity & growth.
