Special projects lead for GPON records conversion 100k+ subscribers. Weekly & Monthly reporting on network usage for CATV, xDSL, FTTP, & Fixed Wireless Network devices. Helped start our Fixed Wireless internet offering from a broadband planning side (device names, record structure, reporting statistics, configuration, and deployment). Used MS Excel to show data trends with subscriber count and usage for reporting. Worked with developers to build Tableau Dashboards for reporting work flows. Identified Network congestion/failure points and helped generate link augments for resolution. Been a “Go-To” guy to help get issues / projects started and completed with reaching out to other Teams in different groups.

Lead Technical Analyst in charge of teaching and training new members to our team. Resolve any "escalations" that may need extra attention. Review all MOPs on a daily basis and inform our team of the Network Changes.
