In this position I oversee the day to day operations of the Development Services office. This includes: Permitting, Code Enforcement, Zoning Administration, Planning and Economic Development Activities • Managed Budget in excess of 400k • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.

Responsible for the daily operation of the Building Inspections and Zoning Office including: Performing Inspections, Plan Review, Compliant Administration, Training, and Permitting • Developed Database system for permit management • Managed Budgets ranging from 185k to 300k • Served as staff to 3 regulatory and advisory boards.
