I have 13 years including brands such as GM, Ford/Mazda, Mercedes Benz(7years) and Hyundai.I currently run the foreign sales division at Hyundai Plumstead. (Basically all vehicles except Hyundai.)I manage 4 staff members as well as overseeing the transfer of all trade-ins to the trade. my duties include monitoring of the Higher Gear system, evaluations, debtors, sales forecasting, stock analysis, recon, buying of stock, advertising, aftersales, costing of deals, staff admin and recruiting of new staff for the dealership.This division has been running for 1 year and to date we have averaged 21 units per month with 3 sales executives
