I managed a team of 12 teachers who were tasked with training LDS Missionaries assigned to Spanish speaking areas. The training for the LDS missionaries consisted in developing their skills in leadership, management, teamwork, teaching, Spanish, counseling, and developing their understanding of Christian theology. Over the course of my time at the MTC, our team sent out over 250 missionaries to areas in North American, South America, and Europe. I was responsible for the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being for up to 80 missionaries at any given time.
