CurrentAs Branch Manager I am responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. I develop new deposit and loan business; provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. I provide leadership, training and supervision through continuous coaching, role-play and feedback. I am responsible for attaining established Bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management. I participate in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities. Additionally, I am responsible for attracting, screening/hiring, and retaining staff members to maintain a quality team.As the Market Leader, I am responsible for developing and promoting sales calling efforts for the leaders within my market.
