 Continuing to build on athlete leadership workshops and events for athletes throughout Ontario. Working alongside Colleges and Universities on unified tournaments format allowing mainstream students and Special Olympic athletes to play sports together. Developing and expanding our elementary school connections through sport festivals giving young athletes the opportunity to play sports and develop sport skills.

 Led the organization, development, and execution of Athlete Leadership workshops for athletes across the province as well as development of individual projects towards leadership roles.  Assisted and supported our school programs initiatives and qualifiers for elementary and high school programs.

 Assisted the School Programs team with the planning and executing of elementary school sport festivals. Made calls to schools and organized registration lists.  Assisted on event days with registrations of schools, opening ceremonies and other tasks as required.

 Assist with player development contracts and signings. Work with the GM/Head Coach on player agreements, paperwork and additional logistics for the season. Work alongside our player skills coach on potential development of players and scouting. On game days, assist with some video work and review of plays, sharing with coaches and players.

 Responsible for tracking player stats and analytics throughout the hockey season.  Assist with recording video during games and showcasing different plays to review with coaching staff and players. Help look into player development and potential opportunities for the team's development.

 Responsible for cashing out golfers, serving drinks, maintaining the pro-shop. Washed carts and completed closing duties. Acted as a contact point in the start up of a Special Olympics golf program.

 During home games, I work with our 50/50 team to sell tickets to fans in attendance. Assist with any fan issues that arise with tickets and help provide directions to locations they want to visit.

 Responsible for assisting with stock count of merchandise, organization of product and getting store ready for game day. Also assisted with the prep and set-up/distribution of merch at local city tournaments.  Acted as team lead during game days for an in-game pop-up shop of merchandise. Assisted with servicing customer requests and fielding any issues that may arise.

 Tracked statistical analytics including but not limited to shots, face-offs, turnovers, shot projections and more.  Uploaded stats online and shared with the coaching staff along with the league. Recorded video for the coaching staff to review with players.

 Assisted with development videos for an online portal system. Made calls and sent thank you cards to donors for their support in programming. Assisted with general office tasks including events such as the LIMITLESS gala held annually.

 Assisted as a volunteer supervisor. Oversaw student volunteers and helped cover areas where needed.  Assisted with making sure the needs of the NHL players were met and that their experience was well received. Helped set-up and tear down the event and make sure all products were accounted for by the appropriate people.

 Partnered with members of the Event Personal team in scanning tickets and directing fans to their seats.  Assisted in helping out lost fans and taking care of any issues that may have been brought forward.
