• Perform full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, over the phone and in person interviews, evaluate candidates and their qualifications, format resumes and submit to the Director of Business Development for presentation to hiring managers. • Source talent through Boolean searches via CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal applications: Bullhorn and Broadbean.• Coordinate with candidates regarding various positions and various levels for the following: Human Resources, Payroll, Property Managers, Project Managers, Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, accountants, AP and AR specialists, staff accountants, bookkeepers etc. • Verify employment authorizations, coordinate with hiring managers regarding professional references, and coordinate with candidates regarding pay increases / promotions. • Create various job descriptions, and maintain new hire paperwork (stated in previous position). • Responsible for offering positions and securing verbal offers, review counter offer scenarios, prepare candidates with interviewing tips, and negotiate salary on behalf of the candidate. • Prioritize between 20 – 30 open requisitions a month. • Successfully handle sensitive situations such as terminations, appropriate attire, and legal matters with professionalism.
