About Ryan Concha

When working at Halliburton as a Senior Technical Professional and I was responsible for watching over multiple frac crews remotely. I have spent 5 years as a field engineer and 1 year as a Project Manager. I believe in good leadership, team work, safety, and communication; with these things any goal can be achieved. I am a hard worker and will get my hands dirty at any time. While working as a Senior Technical Professional and Site Engineer / Project Manager, I had to communicate with the customer, team members, and management to insure everything was going as planned. In both positions I was responsible for making sure all the correct material was purchased and delivered on time. I also had to schedule man power and submit the final tickets. As the Site Engineer and Project Manager I was responsible for reading and interpreting drawings to make bids and to QA/QC the projects based on the drawing’s specifications.

Listed skills include Engineering, Casting, Root Cause Analysis, Fmea, and 17 others.

Senior Technical Professional

El Reno

As a Senior Engineer I was responsible for managing and making sure all frac crews run smoothly and efficiently. I oversee each job from a remote location, and I was available for support whenever needed. I not only help the engineers on location when they have issues, but I also help operations with any questions or problems they may have. I track materials used day to day to make sure we do not run out causing unnecessary down time and use the information for forecasting material. If we are running low on any material, I will help procurement find more product or a replacement. As a Senior Technical Professional, I would help with root cause analysis on equipment and come up with new solutions to prevent the issues from occurring again. • Helped save over $2,000,000 / year by helping build and start the Remote Operation Control Center• Managed multiple $1,000,000 frac jobs, making sure they were completed as safely and efficiently as possible with little to no down time.• Helped save over $10,000 / year in training cost by leading and teaching classes at the field camp.• Helped roll out a new operation model that does not require an engineer on location 24-hour coverage.• Trained new employees to be competent, reliable, and productive team members. • QA/QC chemicals and fluid packages to ensure the customers were getting what they wanted and correcting any issues that could happen, before the job started.• Analyzed and designed jobs based on formation• Performed EUR and ROR analysis for technical projects.• Successfully communicated with customers and management making sure they understood why we were doing certain things in certain situations.• Record and analyze real time and past data to make educated decisions on how to proceed with a job to eliminate unnecessary down time.• Used “Stop Work Authority” at any time to ensure the safety of others.• Completed Reservoir Engineer, Prop Stimulation for engineers, and other higher education classes

Project Manager And Site Engineer

Columbus, Mississippi

I assisted the area manager in all current projects. I would make sure that the jobs were on schedule, within the budget, and within the scope of work. I would also update the customer on the progress and if a change to the scope of work would be needed. If so I would get that approved before beginning the work to ensure that we would get paid for the extra work. I also put together bids for future work, material purchasing, and billing at the end. As the site engineer I would make the drawings in AutoCAD for the fabrication shop, and help solve any problems or issues they would have.• Assisted multiple project managers on $2.4 million steel mill upgrade.• Saved over $320K in back charges and material purchased that were out of the scope of work.• Used AutoCad make specific drawings for each team.• Managed and budgeted projects to make sure they were done in budget and on time.• Quotes for new possible jobs and wrote detailed scope of work for each.• Purchased all the material, consumables, equipment, and sub-contractors.• Coordinated manpower and crews for new and existing projects.

Technical Professional Production Enhancement

Pampa, Tx

As a Technical Professional I was in charge of managing one crew and making sure each job we did ran with no issues. Not only with no issues but as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Before and during each job I would perform QA/QC analysis to insure we delivered the required fluid packages. I was not only the technical person on location but I was the communication from the field to the office. I helped operations trouble shoot equipment, and order material. At the end of each job I would make the post job report and bill the customer. Anytime we have new engineers start I would train them in this rolls.

Process Engineer Intern

Fayetteville, Arkansas Area

When interning at Superior Industries I was training to be a Process Engineer using Die Casting technology. Superior manufactures aluminum wheels for many car manufactures. Each day I would check the casting machines parameters such as, flow rates, flow pressures, and temperature set points. I helped reduce scrap due to imperfections by doing this each day. I also helped setup new casting machines to be used and set the parameters for that design to be produced. I enjoyed working in the fast pace manufacturing industry / environment and would like another opportunity to do so. • QA/QC wheels from the casting machine.• Identify issues when casting and identify why the issue is happening.• Check all parameters of the casting machine to make sure it is running as it should and as it was set up to.• Assemble new molds and set up process parameters for the new molds.• Reduce scrap products to improve efficiency.• Attend weekly meetings regarding engineering and process improvements.
