As a Technical Professional I was in charge of managing one crew and making sure each job we did ran with no issues. Not only with no issues but as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Before and during each job I would perform QA/QC analysis to insure we delivered the required fluid packages. I was not only the technical person on location but I was the communication from the field to the office. I helped operations trouble shoot equipment, and order material. When interning at Superior Industries I was training to be a Process Engineer using Die Casting technology. Superior manufactures aluminum wheels for many car manufactures. Each day I would check the casting machines parameters such as, flow rates, flow pressures, and temperature set points. I helped reduce scrap due to imperfections by doing this each day. I also helped setup new casting machines to be used and set the parameters for that design to be produced.
