Leading a team of 55 trusted professionals deliver commercial acquisition advice & contract strategy to DoD buying commands

Leading a team of 14 contract price/cost analysts and engineers to assist military commands in making commercial item determinations, and price reasonableness. Providing outreach activities to buying commands and professional networking groups to aid in government compliance and proposal evaluation

Leading a team of 7 supporting all DoD agencies with any/all contracting pricing capabilities, reporting, rate verfication, allocability, allowability and reasonbleness of proposed costs. Material historical regression, and part list pricing. Advising the PCO with business decisions. I serve as the pricing lead for all DCMA support over Raytheon Defense.

Cost/Price Analyst- Contract pricing & analysis support over multiple platforms & programs. Specialize in >10M contract actions. Evaluating, analyzing, and negotiating contractor pricing, rates, factors, and other proposal imputs. Assisting the primary contracting officer (PCO) with Weighted Guide Lines (WGL), rate files, incentive fee arrangements, contract types and schedules. Coordinating with DCAA, DCMA, the offerers/contractors, the program office and the PCO. Ensuring that contract settlements are within statutory and regulatory requirements. Have also assited in developing and implementing an internal system in which automates our incentive contract type graphing abilities.

Cost Estimator/ Operations & Research Anaylst- Cost estimating & analysis support to battle management directorate. I supported CNU Phase I, ELMM, JSuW, Block 40/45, Dragon and NATO LAIRCM. My work on the JSTARS platform supported development & production contract negotiations/awards, funding cuts and EVM analysis. My AWACS cost support is primarily with the ACAT 1C Block 40/45 program where I provide estimates to funding drills, what-if’s and changes in scope. In addition to cost, I developed and maintained a tool to monitor the buy and install schedules. My NATO support involved an independent cost estimate for LAIRCM, along with NATO Midterm Proposal Pricing Analysis.

Operations Analyst- Reconciled invoices with budget, applied incoming money, managed multiple accounts and developed key tools to help make the process more efficient
