Leadership is all about taking care of those who you are leading. As a non-commissioned officer in the USAF this responsibility is magnified. As I transition to the civilian workforce the experience I have obtained over the past 8 years will be beneficial to myself and any organization I become a part of. Traits such as integrity, volunteerism and attention to detail set the precedence for the principals of "leadership by example". The business world requires these principals to be more successful in today's globally diverse market. My travels to the far reaches of the planet have given me an understanding of cultural differences, and ultimately fueled what I consider to be my greatest personal asset. A true fascination with the human species and their individual culture allow me to connect to others in a way which open doors for a trusting relationship. I believe one person can make a difference when preparations and opportunities are built on a solid value system.
