I am familiar with the full pipeline from: Asset Modelling and Texturing, through to LookDev and Lighting. Building virtual worlds that tell their stories visually is what I love to do. This experience spans offline rendering, utilising the likes of Katana and Renderman, as well as real-time engines such as Unreal.Asset Experience range from Poly-modelling props through to more Procedural workflows, such as using Gaea to generate landscapes, along with the necessary masks for use in layered material shaders.LookDev/ Surfacing experience includes creating Textures in the Substance suite, Marmoset, and Mari; as well as creating wholly procedural materials in-shader. Taking these maps and iterating on them in-shader to achieve both realistic, stylised, and ultimately cinematic looks is my goal.Lighting work is greatly influenced by a love of cinema history and film theory, drawing upon relevant genres to create an atmosphere and mood to build upon the narrative and themes of the project.I am always looking for the next challenge and opportunity to build upon my skill set; to network with like-minded people, and to grow and explore as an artist.I am open to roles across VFX in Film and Television, Feature & TV Animation, Game Art, and any adjacent industry.
