• Oversaw all aspects of project execution including systems engineering, project contracts, budgets, risk analysis, and staffing.• Managed a multi-million dollar RF and embedded technology portfolio for DoD sponsors, overseeing project direction, proposals, contract management, and technical supervision.• Led a team in developing rapid bench to deployment solutions for a variety of DoD, Joint Force, and NIC sponsors, adapting to emergent needs.

- Functioned as main customer focal for all contractual and technical coordination while executing multiple space launch service contracts. Responsible for incorporating physical, functional and procedural elements of the payload to launch vehicle integration into the overall mission design.- Responsible for executing launch agreements in excess of $200M with customers in North & South America, and Asia, and is individually responsible for all coordination to ensure mission success from before contract signing through completion of the launch service contract. - Coordinates execution of all mission analyses and documentation, mission unique engineering tasks, US government regulatory approvals (NASA, DOD, FAA, FCC, U.S. Dept of State, etc), and payload to the launch vehicle integration and launch operations oversight.- Served as the technical authority during sales due diligence presentations for new potential customers. Developed customer relations in the U.S., South America, and Asia in order to cultivate new space launch opportunities and strategically position SpaceX as the world’s first choice for space launch services.

- Coordinated mission specific technical hardware, documentation, and personnel requirements across four Sea Launch partner nationalities, a spacecraft manufacturer, and spacecraft customer into three successful payload launches with the shortest mission campaign cycle times for Sea Launch. These missions resulted into two operational satellite deployments, and the 1st successful Land Launch mission.- Functioned as Payload Integration focal for all spacecraft manufacturer support for Galaxy 18 and EchoStar XI spacecraft while at Sea Launch's Home Port in Long Beach California and aboard the Launch Platform and Assembly Command Ship while at-sea in the Pacific Ocean. Duties included customer operations oversight, coordination of Sea Launch system support to meet customer requirements, customer training, and providing guidance to customer during final countdown operations.- Managed operations during spacecraft off-nominal contingency activities in Kazakhstan for the recovery of damaged spaceflight hardware.

- Provided integrated Mission Management Systems Engineering support to Mission Managers for mission requirements, ICD development, PDR and CDR's, and other Mission Management activities.Concurrently supported up to 10 on-contract missions with 5 different Mission Managers.- Led Systems Engineering support to revitalize Systems Safety function. This support led directly to improved Systems Safety review cycle and improved customer understanding and satisfaction in this area.- Developed Mission Integration processes and desk instructions for various Systems Integration department roles and responsibilities, including Systems Safety and Customer Change Process.
