As a Human Resources Generalist, I helped recruit, onboard, and continually develop our staff at both the corporate office and in our Regional Service Centers. I also helped with continually shaping our policy to meet the growing needs of the workforce. With Do it Best's involvement in Fort Wayne and New Haven, I also helped assist with events where we partnered with other companies in our community.

As a Consumer Marketing Specialist, I helped member-owners with their strategic marketing. I helped members with consistent branding and marketing efforts across different platforms, as well as mined data for the most effective implementation of promotions. Through print, digital media, loyalty programs, and branding, I helped effectively drive traffic to members' stores.

Fort Wayne, Indiana Area

As a Print & Production Specialist, I helped coordinate projects in the graphics department from start to finish. I worked with internal and external clients to collect needed information for projects, and tracked their progress. I was also responsible for procuring and coordinating the printing of corporate collateral materials, direct mail campaigns, and advertising promotions.

As Product Support Lead, I was primarily responsible for helping educate new commercial clients with our products and offer them any support they require. I also took on the responsibility of leading testing of our product. I worked in this role until the company unexpectedly closed in December of 2016.

As a Marketing Intern, I worked with fellow interns in my field to help with marketing activities including handout/brochure creation, customer research, email campaigning, and development of their CRM database.

The majority of my responsibilities at Planet Fitness were dedicated to assisting members. I would greet guests, tour prospective members, and sell memberships. I also occasionally assisted with training new staff members.
