Following my internship with NCAA.com, I took another position with Turner Sports, this time as a producer for the Catch Sports app, which was later rebranded as Bleacher Report Live. My responsibilities mainly dealt with monitoring the database of events, teams, and broadcast information to make sure everything is appearing as it should be. I also was tasked with managing a team of freelancers on Upwork.com who compile information on sports bars for our database. When the app began streaming live video, I transferred to the event operations side, where I maintain my prior duties while also being responsible for setting up and monitoring video streams, maintaining the event schedule, and troubleshooting problems.Following the transition from Bleacher Report Live to the main Bleacher Report app in the summer of 2021, I stayed on in the same role in a new app. My responsibilities with Bleacher Report proper include being a point of contact for various teams to get information and assets for live video events, building and maintaining the event schedule, facilitating testing sessions and support call bridges, sending out weekly performance reports, booking captioning services and video paths, and creating the events to be streamed.

I worked as a freelance college football and basketball writer for Sportradar, a live stats provider. I provided 300-word recaps for various events to appear on NCAA.com. I typically wrote between 10-20 recaps per week.

I took a position as an associate editor with Indians Baseball Insider, the Cleveland Indians affiliate of Scout.com. It was originally an internship for the Spring 2015 semester, but I was offered to stay on past the completion, which I accepted. My responsibilities were to edit and publish content to immediately go up on the website, select and edit photos, write headlines and do some HTML tweaks for formatting.In the summer of 2016, I also began work as a beat writer for the Lake County Captains. I was responsible for 1-2 game reports per week, as well as a weekly notebook and features.

I took a postgraduate position in Atlanta as an editorial intern for Turner Sports/NCAA.com. My responsibilities dealt with publishing and editing content that was posted throughout the day to the NCAA's official website. Position highlights included being the lead homepage programmer for the 2017 Division I men's basketball tournament and live coverage in Omaha at the 2017 College World Series.

I was selected as the sports editor for The Lantern for the 2015-16 school year. My duties included working as the beat writer for the Ohio State football and men's basketball teams, selecting and editing the content that is put out online or in print and managing a team of reporters for the section.

I worked primarily as a sports reporter, but also have experience with arts & entertainment stories and commentaries, as well as campus briefs. Through The Lantern, I have worked as the 2014 Ohio State men's soccer beat reporter, as well as having experience covering men's and women's basketball, baseball and football.I also worked as a copy editor for a semester and have shot photos of various Ohio State athletics events.

I took part in the Advanced Program for Editing and Content Management through Bleacher Report. A large part of my duties include editing content that is posted to the website on a weekly basis. Through completion of the program, I saw the abilities and efficiency of my copy editing skills increase by quite a bit.
