Over the last 20+ years in the property industry, I have garnered a broad skill base working in all major Australian markets, across different asset classes and owner types, and in various capacities including leasing, development, and investment management.I have experience on a variety of retail and commercial assets, along with master planning some significant mixed-use sites. The changing nature of retail and consideration of repurposing strategies has expanded the definition of mixed-use to include non-traditional retail uses such as car showrooms and other emerging asset classes including co-working, education, health and build-to-rent.Many of the assets I have worked on required extensive stakeholder management in order to successfully navigate complex titling, ownership and easement arrangements, as well as successfully lobbying government for improved transport and urban design outcomes.I really enjoy the dynamic and challenging nature of the work, translating complexity into real estate solutions that meet the needs of customers, tenants, owners and investors alike.I build strong relationships with my team and stakeholders, and regard this, along with my passion, commercial and financial acumen, problem solving and negotiation skills, and strong work ethic, as my key qualities for success.
