I have over four years of work experience in two different fields: wastewater management and customer service. As an apprentice wastewater operator/maintainer at the City of Kalamazoo, I supported the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. I also learned how to use various tools and equipment, troubleshoot problems, and perform quality control tests. At Chick-fil-A-Franchise, I was a trainer who coached and mentored new and existing employees, helping them deliver excellent customer service and food quality. I also handled cash transactions, inventory management, and order fulfillment. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Freshwater Science and Sustainability from Western Michigan University, where I studied the physical, chemical, and biological aspects of freshwater ecosystems and their conservation. I have acquired multiple certifications from LinkedIn on topics such as time management, communication, and overthinking. My core competencies include teamwork, problem solving, and adaptability. I am passionate about protecting and restoring the environment, and I aspire to work for an organization that shares this mission and values diversity and innovation.
