Supporting a low volume production cell & encapsulation facility producing electro-mechanical units & cables for major defence contracts, my prime functions were: solving day-to-day production & quality problems. investigating into new and up to date processes and techniques. reviewing production processes within continuous improvement teams. designing special tools and jigs to aid in product manufacture. implementing COSHH and Health & Safety requirements. generating work instructions, process flow charts and assembly times.
