Completed all aspects of a financial statement audit including: planning the engagement, executing the audit procedures and preparing the consolidated financial statements and required footnote disclosures in accordance with US GAAP. Assisted with the preparation and review of documents filed with the SEC including the annual 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-8, and review of earnings press releases.
