Leadership requires a sound mind that can critically think in various environments. My expertise in communication, critical thinking and problem solving have allowed me opportunities to test my value and my worth and exceed all goals and expectations. Managing many different projects at once while also managing people and outcomes can become an overwhelming task to some in which I have conquered and grown beyond expectations.With many different tasks assigned and many different roles accepted I have been able to receive a plethora of knowledge and experience. Goal oriented and self motivated I always prepare for the worst case scenario while already completing the current task at hand. Teamwork makes the dream work and implementing big ideas can sometimes lead to disaster or success. This requires a strong analytical and logical mind that can read into the next phase of business in order to overtake competition and remain number 1. Credit is due in times of accomplishment and seldom does selfishness complete any goal. This is why strong leaders are needed, in order to build teams that can create a balance between work and relaxation to achieve goals above and beyond and receive instruction on how to continue to accomplish goals.
