To be assigned to support every Regional Distributor of LamCo.To assist the installation of the NOAH System to the Regional Distributors office.To do initial troubleshooting whenever the system makes errors and report to IT.Perform data entry duties with regard to Distribution Relation Management (DRM) such as Principal Data Setup and Distributor Profiling.Create and process Master Coverage Plan (MCP) of every salesman and promptly record results of planned and unplanned Customer Calls.Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion through Sales Performance Management (SPM).Perform requests for rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping data as needed.Perform daily updates with regard to Distributor Warehouse Inventory Management (DWIM) such as Inventory, Purchase Order Entry, Stock Transfer, and Trade Return Entry.Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required.Prepare and organize monthly reports needed by LamCo.Performs other jobs that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
