For the past five years I have worked my way up to a manager position within a privately owned company. As a manager I take on tasks such as working with money, creating and managing files and keeping others engaged in the workplace. I also worked at a car wash and detailing shop for about two years. Although I was offered a manger position I had to decline due to the fact that I am in school at Oswego. With this said I still took on and performed the tasks of a manager and encouraged others to stay on task and do the best work possible. Throughout my years of work experience I have gained knowledge on how a workplace functions and how to work collectively with others to achieve the same goals.
