Current- Lead and support 40+ employees (8 direct reports) across HR, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Project Management, and M&A, providing services to 14K employees in all 50 states while supporting rapid organizational growth- Championed a full HRIS replacement (Oracle Cloud HCM) by building the case, researching solutions, selecting new systems and partners, and managing the implementation and resources- Drove ADP selection and implementation alongside Oracle implementation to increase efficiencies and bring overall savings to over $4M for organization- Created system support team in India from scratch to increase capabilities and save costs- Direct annual benefit open enrollment program- Lead all aspects of the M&A process, including due diligence and integration, leading 40+ deals across various industries and facilitating employee growth from 6K to 14K- Redesigned reporting capabilities to improve data visibility, accuracy, integrity, and accessibility, ensuring compliance with all data requirements- Responsible for developing annual budget for entire HR services group and managing within approved guidelines- Support all groups including benefits, payroll, and payroll tax teams to navigate constantly changing regulations
