Sitting on the SSA HR Leadership Team, I am responsible the full Talent Acquisition function of the Sub Saharan Africa Business Unit of PepsiCo. I report into the VP HR SSA. We monitor and coordinate the internal recruitment function and source against all external recruitment needs for the Business Unit. The team comprises myself, x3 TA Managers, their direct reports and x2 Talent Sourcers. I am responsible for the strategic direction of the following main categories of the talent Acquisition Function:• Talent Acquisition (Including proactive sourcing and pooling)• Campus• EVP

The Talent Relationship Manager act as the facilitators and account managers between the Nedbank Business units and the Capacity Team which consists of Recruitment, Assessments and the Organisational Redeployment Pool by utilising their knowledge of Recruitment, Training and Process Optimisation skills.
