My responsibilities also included excellent communication skills when interacting with customers on different jobs daily and also liaising to the depot. This was to inform the management team of any issues with the deliveries/collections that may occur. Time efficiently is a main skill used in order to keep on track with the delivery/collection time slots of each job throughout the day, while doing this to a safe standard. I had to be very vigilant in regards to people in the areas and ensuring I efficiently follow the procedures in a safe time frame getting the money from the company to the van before driving to the next job.
