Energy Programs Coordinator
CurrentSchedule and supervise assigned crews on weatherization and other home repair projects.Perform initial inspections of homes eligible for weatherization services.Record house data on data collection form, perform and record diagnosis per SWS and perform and record test protocols per SWS (Standard Work Specifications).Assess houses to determine the most cost effective weatherization work that can be done. Use retro-tech manual, NEAT/MHEA Audit, of similar technical assessment tool. Complete estimate portion of building check/job sheet.Assess need for and order appropriate installed measures to assure compliance with ASHRAE 62.2 indoor air quality requirements for all projects funded by sources that require ASHRAE 62.2 Perform electrical base load usage assessments.Refer customer to other entities when warranted.Submit an accurate daily report of activities, labor hours, and vehicle use to the Energy Director.Work with the Energy Director to develop training programs and alter45native energy projects for weatherization personnel. Assure knowledge of and compliance with agency policies and procedures and HHS and DOE regulations for weatherization activities and Standard Work Specifications. ‘Perform final weatherization inspections on homes according to BPI QCI requirements.Write and assign work orders to assigned crews for weatherization and other home repair projects.Assist the Energy Director with creating and maintaining budgets for all assigned programs.Assist the Energy Director in the coordination of Ohio Housing Trust Fund home repair projects.Maintain workmanship and safety standards according to agency and OSHA guidelines.Attend meetings, conferences and training sessions related to the duties of this position and disseminate acquired information to appropriate individuals. Assist in completion of monthly BWR (Building Weatherization Report)
