Ryan has transitioned from the Walsh Preconstruction Department to an immense Microsoft data center project that is beginning in the Chicagoland suburbs. Ryan will be responsible for handling the Architectural, Structural, and Enclosure scopes of work on this project.

Ryan worked in the Walsh Preconstruction department that services the every region of the United States. Most of his work consisted in the Greater Chicagoland Area, Nashville, Texas, Seattle, District of Columbia, Virginia, and North Carolina. During Ryan's fifteen months within this department, he was able to assist his small team of estimators in securing $450+ million of awarded work and $170+ million of negotiated work (with additional work pending award). A snippet of his responsibilities included, but were not limited to: - Existing Condition Analysis- Constructability Analysis and Review- Quantification of Drawings- Cost estimating and control- Material Procurement- Risk Management- Subcontractor Pre-Qualification and Selection

-Assisted in day-to-day operations onsite an affordable living apartment complex-Participated in OAC meetings-Updated safety meetings, submittals, RFIs, and plans
