We are a Management company for the Building Maintenance Industry. We provide over 25 different facility maintenance services to commercial properties. That means I ensure that nightly operations are executed to the highest standard set forth by City Wide Maintenance, doing anything from handyman services to janitorial to security. Our core competency is saving our clients time by becoming an extension of their management team. The benefit to our clients is that we dramatically reduce the time and stress associated with managing multiple vendors, repetitive issues, and consistency to detail. My primary duties are to ensure customer retention rates, and to maintain a healthy and vibrant relationship with our pool of Independent Contractors.
