Made home care visits to clients home's: assisted with ADL’s, bathing, making light meals, grocery shopping, cleaning, medication reminders, wound care, reporting changes in patient status to charge nurse.

Provides safe environment for patient, assists patients post procedures with ambulating, dressing, and observes knowledge deficits that may require further teaching from the R.N.Obtains vital signs, assists patients with ADL’s and reinforces instruction from nurses. Sound understanding about physiological issues, including common disorders and workings of body systems.Ability to observe Privacy/HIPAA regulations along with direct patient care functions.Ability to ensure patient safety and personal hygiene at all times.
