I managed the design and manufacture of the most recent chassis, as well as implementing a brand new welding jig design to improve accuracy and reduce cost and time. Individual outcomes achieved: Chassis welding jig design, suspension mounting, and the driver environment.This role has continued my work on task organisation, time management, meeting deadlines, as well as mentoring younger team members to improve knowledge transfer.

After entering Formula Student in my third year of University, I became the Chassis Team Leader for HWRacing's entry into the 2015 competition where we placed 5th in the Class 2 event.I was involved in Chassis manufacture, sub-team integration, as well as time management and part packaging.

During the summer break between my third and fourth year at University, I worked on placement at Babcock International Group within the Bid Team and Procurement Departments.I worked with various sections of the business; engineering, quality, and procurement to create a new subcontractor progress pack to improve project management on large contracts. I also evaluated quotes from suppliers to check the project specification was met on short turnarounds.
