As a co-founder with more than 20 years’ experience in the Wireless Telecommunications Industry, Ryan has been active in Real Estate and Land Use Entitlements for 20 years. Ryan has led multiple development teams throughout the Western United States focusing primarily on Outdoor DAS and Fiber Solutions. Prior to entering the Wireless Industry, he worked in Investment Banking for Wells Fargo. A graduate of Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Commerce, Finance, Ryan has an active Real Estate Broker's License in the State of California and Washington.

Ryan’s primary responsibilities include asset management and construction management.Prior to joining Tilden Properties, Ryan’s family owned and developed multifamily in Arizona from 1974 until 2005. Ryan assisting the family business with property management and maintenance activities starting in 3rd grade and continued until he graduated from college. After graduation, Ryan founded Modus, Inc., a wireless infrastructure firm located in San Francisco, CA. Ryan currently sits on the Board of Directors of Modus Inc.’s parent company, NextEdge Networks. Ryan has an active Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of California and Washington. Ryan graduated from Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix, AZ and received a B.S. in Commerce with an emphasis in Finance from Santa Clara University in 1997.
