My role is to assist with the management of all aspects of the day to day business operation, along with providing professional services and expertise.Director of Inovo Projects.Identify and assist with solutions to particular problems affecting projects and the company.Manage and mentor staff.Grow the team.Coordinate and manage projects.Manage existing and new client relationships whilst identifying and growing joint opportunities.My strategy is always to go into projects seeking a collaborative approach to ensure that all parties including the client, consultant team, developers, contractors and various subcontractors are fully aware of any issues and their implications as and when they arise. By initiating this open communication between all parties, I seek to ensure that all parties work together to ensure project risks are identified at an early stage and any potential issues worked through to an acceptable outcome.
