Responsible for developing National and Regional strategic account plans to grow new and existing clients leading to successful long term relationships through effective client management, setting of project/portfolio specific expectations and deal points, and meeting the realistic needs of our clients, creating a mutually beneficial relationship with all Katerra Business Divisions. Develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for market rate projects, tax credit projects, restoration support and retail/commercial projects. Coordinate with National & Regional Operational leaders from our respective divisions to determine capabilities and properly vet out new opportunities including resource utilization and allocation. Responsible for determining a project/portfolio schedule, scope, and budget, and facilitating team members in fulfilling the specifications to meet client and company objectives. Responsible for developing and delivering scopes of work, material submittals, and bid proposals to clients. Coordinate and oversee Due Diligence walks and work hand in hand with clients to develop Preliminary Acquisition Budgets to ensure proper capitalization of new Value Add Assets and Capital Expenditure Budgets of existing held assets. Coordinate with Finance to confirm contract terms, mobilization, and credit limits are clearly understood and approved by all parties prior to contract execution. Responsible for directing Pre-Construction meetings with Operational Leaders and clients and heading off potential conflicts and problems before they materialize. Ensure quality control by establishing project objectives, plans and performance standards. Responsible for all financial projections and performance for each account by controlling material, labor, and schedule adherence. Manage the communication of expectations between the client, Estimating, Operations, and Finance.

Provide leadership and assistance to sales and production team members and provide technical direction and work-related advice. Oversee, review and direct the actions of team members' assignments and projects and make sure that employees meet goals and deliverable deadlines. Responsible for assisting in recruiting, interviewing and hiring of new staff and responsible for implementing the training and certification processes for all departments. Responsible for assisting the accounting and finance department with the creation of the division's annual budget and managing the division's profit center. Responsible for implementing controls over spending and procurement to ensure adherence to the budget and conduct reviews and financial analysis on a regular basis. Report all spending to accounting and assist in the creation of divisional financial reports. Above all else put my team in a position to succeed.
