Coordinate with Finance to confirm contract terms, mobilization, and credit limits are clearly understood and approved by all parties prior to contract execution. Responsible for directing Pre-Construction meetings with Operational Leaders and clients and heading off potential conflicts and problems before they materialize. Ensure quality control by establishing project objectives, plans and performance standards. Responsible for all financial projections and performance for each account by controlling material, labor, and schedule adherence. Manage the communication of expectations between the client, Estimating, Operations, and Finance.
