Providing a full range of HR functions to include recruitment, negotiation, and placement of more than 8,741 logistics personnel across 5 fleets and 1,073 commands. ☑ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: Influenced career progression of 3,500 fleet Sailors and produced two board-eligible junior level officers in addition to effectively managing efforts during a global pandemic. ◉ Managing a $10M budget and directly supervising 5 junior detailers. ☑ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: Led team in processing 4K orders, 45K personnel placement action requests for various opportunities. ◉ Performing Sailor of the Quarter functions as coordinator, ensuring all requirements and events were organized. ☑ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: Efforts contributed to career progression opportunities for Sailors.

𝗠𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:◉ Directing 9 military personnel in processing, sourcing, and handling shipment of all provisions, ship’s store, and cargo requirements in the area of responsibility (AOR). ☑ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: Processed 1,525 requirements for foodservice, ship’s store provisions, and Combat Logistics Force cargo commodities valued at $26.1M.◉ Leading Combat Logistics Force team to maintain full scope combat readiness. ☑ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: Efforts contributed to the readiness of 2 Carrier Strike Groups, 2 Amphibious Readiness Groups, and 30 U.S. and Coalition ships in Central Command territory.◉ Serving as a Command Career Counselor, performing more than 20 career development boards and produced 10 reenlistments, 10 contract extensions, and 1 retirement. ☑ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: Increased retention numbers and morale overall. Trained and qualified 230 Sailors command-wide.◉ Serving as a Damage Control Training Team member. ☑ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: Trained 85 personnel on casualty/damage control.◉ Mentoring Sailors for career progression. ☑ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: Endeavors led to 154 Sailors earning advanced qualifications, 4 advancements, 3 re-enlistments, completion of 80 hours of community service, and 48 collegiate credit hours.
