I filled both Kitchen and Bar positions depending on scheduling needs. I would greet, and accommodate guests, familiarize myself with beer, wine, and cocktail characteristics, and maintain inventory. Kitchen responsibilities included; preparing menu items efficiently as ordered, working as a team to coordinate effective order execution, maintaining a clean and stocked kitchen, and setting up the following shift for success.
