As a Behavior Analyst, I have been in the field since 2003. I began at FSU in the Performance Management Program under Dr. Bailey, then went to FIT for my Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have been a BCBA since November 2007. My professional experiences have focused both on Clinical Applications of ABA as well as Organizational Behavior Management. I have developed a passion for targeting clinical objectives by utilizing Organizational Behavior Management methodologies. In regards to my clinical focus, I have worked with a wide range of populations (age groups, diagnoses, functioning levels, and levels of intensity).
