This position involves the driving of a tractor-trailer over 26,000 lbs driving and operating trucks in pulling trailers for over-the-road delivery of freight to two or more service centers and the returning to the original domicile. Pulling doubles & Haz-Mat loads were par for the course, working with multiple deliveries ensuring that loads are properly & safely secured. Both pre-trip & post-trip inspections & Any logging of reports for DOT or CHP. I did this while adhering to DOT guidelines. We also loaded trailers using forklifts.

I was responsible for moving audio & visual equipment for a national A/V company. I drove a 13 ton commercial straight truck from various hotels here in the city all the way down to Monterey on a regular basis.
