Transferred to Judy platform from Theddlethorpe to fulfil role of permit co-ordinator and isuuer to assist project work as part of the Judy/Jasmine development.Promoted to Offshore Control Room Operator and lead technician on The Judy PlatformCRO Duties :-Operation of complex DCS on a Gas and Oil production platform, including control of all aspects of utility equipment, 3 phase separation, gas compression, ESD and F&G systems.Safe and efficient startup and shutdown of plant and processes using operational guidelines.Optimising production using both a pro-active and reactive approach.Recognising, reporting and resolving defects.Taking corrective action to overcome process upset.Continuous monitoring and trend analysis.Ops Duties:- Operation of Offshore Utilities and production plant. Monitoring and controlling Topsides, separation, gas compression through to export, including utility facilities. Reporting defects, preparing plant for maintenance. Venting, draining flushing and purging, isolating and recommissioning as per procedures.

Processing Gas and associated liquids received from the Viking, LOGGS, Pickerill and CMS offshore platforms..Systems including, 3 phase separation, gas compression, condensate stabilisation, distillation, power generation, refrigeration, storage and handling.

Cristal Global Stallingborough

Whilst working at Theddlethorpe Gas Terminal, i returned to Cristal during my field breaks joining with DCS team to rationalise alarms and integrate advance graphics prior to and incorporating migration to grey scale systems with Acuite, using DELTA V and MS Visio. Reviewing P&IDs, trip shedules, C&E as part of SIL assessments and HAZOPS.

Stallingborough

Leading a multi-discipline 8 man team. Senior operating duties, fault finding, troubleshooting, monitoring of all site units. Assisting maintenance teams. Permit to work issuing and authorising, safety auditing. Writing and following procedures. Commissioning of new plant and revised processes. Planning isolations using P&IDs and in depth plant knowledge. Outside and DCS control of complex unit operations i.e.:- fluid bed reactors, oxidation reactors, gas fired heaters, burner management systems, gas scrubbing processes, boiler operations, heat exchangers, column distillation, filtration plants, ESD systems, and quality control at various points within all of these processes. Also a member of the site emergency response team, first aider and first responder.

Analysing raw mats and product to company spec. Trained in the use of most computer systems and H.P.L.C. Working closely to all other shift personnel and liasing directly with N.R.A. and H.M.I.P. with the shift chemists. My duties also included the calibration of all Lab Equipment.
