Whether it is negotiating contracts, hiring sub-contractors, overseeing company budgets and project scheduling, safety and cleanliness control, to improving clients, contractors and vendor relations through face-to-face meetings, ordering materials, accompanying clients to different countertop/ tile / plumbing fixtures and hardware showrooms and keeping track of all the firms activity and employees hours daily. Ryan also does constant Networking and Research and Business Development for the firm, including implementation of Green Energy products.
