Ryan Dunne is one of the founders and managing partners of The IFM Group Australia, a licenced industrial and commercial plumbing and civil, building facilities asset and maintenance company providing services for top tier clients mostly residing within the Kwinana industrial estate. Ryan commenced his career with a trade in industrial plumbing and has since then accumulated 18 years experience in the provision of facilities maintenance to clients such as BHP, Alcoa and Cockburn Cement just to name a few. After excelling in the area of facilities maintenance for over 18 years, Ryan saw a gap in the market and coupled with what he saw, he had a vision to create an unique environment where he could work as part of a close knit team in continuing to provide a high level of service to his customers in a more personalized and cost effective manner. Ryan has been an integral player in the execution of multi - million dollar value contracts over the last 18 years, working not only as an industrial plumber himself but also as a competent collaborative manager overseeing a team execute all work in a safe, timely and cost effective manner. He is well experienced at handling the constant onsite demands that arise from working within the industry in a unique manner that evokes a sense of comrade and loyalty from his team. Ryan can influence, negotiate & follow complex processes across a variety of tasks simultaneously whilst exceeding client expectations. Through the creation of the IFM Group he has taken this passion and drive and is now able to provide this service on a large scale through his highly trained and skilled staff with a already well respected and renowned reputation proceeding them.
