As a Subscriber Services Specialist at TXdocs, I provide support and training to legal professionals who are interested in or subscribed to our online document automation and practice management platform. I play a key role in converting leads into subscribers. My role also includes obtaining subscriber feedback and observing trends within our subscriber base and the legal software industry to generate ideas to enhance our product. I am the head trainer and main point of contact of our Service Department and act as a liaison between our subscribers needs and the various departments within our company. I have 1.5+ years of experience in this role, and previously worked as a Legal Assistant at Riley & Riley, Attorneys at Law, for 1.5+ years, where I started as a temporary file clerk. I had the incredible opportunity of working directly under a paralegal who has had over 50 years of paralegal experience. I have gained valuable skills in strategic thinking and innovation, communication, customer service and problem-solving in various aspects of the legal industry. My greatest asset is my ability to connect and build relationships with legal professionals and provide them with genuine and exceptional service and care. I specialize in subscription management, client satisfaction, and legal software education. I am passionate about helping lawyers and paralegals improve their practice’s efficiency through our innovative software solutions. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where I can learn from my peers and contribute to TXdocs' mission and growth.
