As an Associate Premier Underwriter I handle territories including CT, MA, NY, MD, DC, & VA giving me a broad and extensive knowledge base for the entire Northeast Region. I am responsible for our most valuable accounts having $50K and more in annual insurance premiums for our personal lines book of business. These accounts are crucial to our renewal retention and profitable growth rates here at CHUBB. I assist in handling both our New Business opportunities as well as managing our existing book of business. Our Premier clients deserve top notch service and our Premier Team provides just that.

Throughout multiple company acquisitions, I have continued to support insurance for our underwriters' ability to seek out and attain new clients by crafting attractive policies. I provide technical expertise to agency partners in order to ensure ongoing positive relationships. On any given day, I respond to customer inquiries, review contracts, research product offerings, and utilize pricing tools. Significant achievements include: ★ Subject matter expert for Northeast Region (including New England, MD, DC, and VA). Consistently achieve 90% or better ratings for production and quality. ★ Assisted with integration of Fireman's Fund Insurance Company's book of business after acquisition by ACE Private Risk Services in 2015 (now Chubb Personal Risk Services). Converted existing group umbrella policies to ACE platform without impacting clients. ★Reduced back-end list by 25% per employee by eliminating duplicative or obsolete referral and renewal messages. ★ Introduced new workflow concept that spread the reporting requirements and renewals across team members during an employee's absence, reducing back-up caseloads by 35% per individual.

As an account representative, I performed random audits of incoming insurance policy data to identify gaps in training, error trends, and opportunities for further training.
